Directions for Use Adults and children over 12 years: Take 4 tablets as required, up to 4 times a day. Children aged 6-12 years: Take 2 tablets as required, up to 4 times a day. Not recommended for children under 6 years. How to take: Chew tablets thoroughly before swallowing. You may follow with water if desired. Ensure the blister pack is unbroken before first use. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor. Warnings Does not contain aluminium, sugar, or gluten. The maximum total daily intake (16 tablets) for adults contains 886mg of sodium.
