Each bottle contains 30 tablets. Ingredients: Each tablet contains: Dried ferrous sulfate 325mg (equivalent to 105mg of elemental iron) Sodium ascorbate (equivalent to 500mg of ascorbic acid – Vitamin C) Directions for Use: Adults: Take one tablet daily or as directed by your physician. Do not use this product for longer than 12 months unless advised by your doctor. Additional Advice: Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
