Description Spyderco Stretch™ 2 XL Grey G-10 CPM® Cru-Wear The idea of the ultra-lean, “magnum-sized” folding knife was revolutionised by Spyderco’s new Stretch 2 XL Lightweight model. The original injection-molded handle is replaced with one made of precisely machined grey G-10 scales, skeletonized stainless steel liners, and a substantial stainless steel backspacer in this version of the Stretch 2 XL design. The CPM CRU-WEAR, an air-hardening tool steel strengthened by the Crucible Particle Metallurgy (CPM) process that delivers high wear resistance, excellent toughness, and an ultra-fine, extremely homogenous grain structure, is used to make the Stretch 2 XL’s blade. The PlainEdge blade boasts a fully accessible Trademark Round Hole for quick one-handed opening with either hand and is full-flat ground and satin finished for low-friction cutting performance. The knife’s ambidextrous design is enhanced by a four-position clip that allows for left- or right-side, tip-up or tip-down carrying.
