The false front edge of the 2.1″ high-carbon stainless steel cleaver allows it to safely rip through food packs or garments. The blade has a hole to honour the hanging grip of vintage kitchen cleavers. The polished fibre handle with resin infusion is constructed with deep ergonomic choils for a non-slip grip. A multipurpose sheath can be used as a neck knife, quickly slipped onto a belt, or fastened to equipment.
