Description Finally an supercharger system that’s specifically for 03 Crown Vics, Grand Marquis and Town Cars!  Only other thing you’ll need to complete is a computer tune / dyno tune. This system includes: Vortech V3 self contained supercharger Mandrel bent and bead rolled aluminum intercooler piping with silicone couplers and T-bolt style clamps standard Vibrant intercooler core with custom end tanks and bracketry Vortech Maxflow Race bypass valve (set up for blow through operation) Intercooler system will handle 500 hp efficiently (larger intercooler cores for higher hp goals are available) Aeromotive 340 LPH fuel pump / SCT slot style MAF / 39# injectors Coolant reservoir and power steering reservoir relocation kits and hoses Fan shroud with mounts / air intake filter housing with K&N cone filter Requires dyno tuning, no tune is included with purchase! Self contained supercharger needs normal oil changes.  Suggested intervals are initially 2500 miles and then after that every 7,500 miles Normal production time is 4-6 weeks as all systems are built to order (There are no refunds on custom built orders) Coating or polishing on intercooler, intercooler piping and supercharger head unit is extra.  Select from drop down menu above (Note ceramic or heat extraction coating takes an additional 2-3 weeks for production) Can not be shipped to the state of California as system is not smog legal Will not ship internationally, sorry for the inconvenience Tech Notes: ADTR’s 2004 CVPI put down 361 rear wheel horsepower and 365 rear wheel torque on 8 pounds of boost through a stock bottom end and stock transmission.  Car was tuned on 91 octane and has Stainless Works full header/catback system.  For more information on the car, check out the Build Thread on Crownvic.net  Other customers with similar modifications have seen 380-390 rear wheel horsepower.
